TNA News Briefs - December 2014

* TNA updated their roster page and the profiles for Bully Ray, Devon, Brittany, Shark Boy, Rob Terry and Rampage Jackson are now listed in the alumni section. It appears that all of these talents are done with the company (at least for now).

* ImpactWrestling.com has received a new coat of paint. It has retained most of the same features but now has a dark layout.

* Destination America announced they are adding TNA Wrestling's Greatest Matches to its weekend lineup. The series debuts with a mini-marathon on January 10 and will continue to air in its regular time slot starting January 17 on Saturdays at noon. Read the press release here.

* On Twitter, TNA posted a photo of all their championships under a Christmas tree. Notably, the Knockouts Championship has been redesigned with a black strap and blue plates.

* After 12 grueling legs, Brooke Adams and Robbie E finished in 4th place on the latest season of The Amazing Race. #TheWrestlers were eliminated halfway into the final leg in Los Angeles, California.

* Keiji Mutoh successfully defended the Wrestle-1 Championship against Seiya Sanada in the main event of W-1's Korakuen Hall show on December 22 in Tokyo, Japan. Mutoh won the match with a Figure Four Leglock at 21 minutes to complete his first title defense.

* Matt Hardy and Reby Sky announced they are expecting their first child together in June 2015. Congratulations to the happy couple! You can watch their video announcement here.

* TNA British Boot Camp winner Mark Andrews is heading to the U.S. in either February or March. He told Mirror TV: "To get an opportunity like that will be amazing - I’m glad they’re focusing more on homegrown talents because that’s exactly what I could be. I’d love to be a regular fixture in the X Division - there’s a gap for me to shift into leaving me more opportunities."

* Muscle & Fitness published an article on Robbie E. Regarding his goals, Robbie said, "I plan on reuniting with my tag partner Jessie Godderz and getting a third tag team title run as the BroMans. In addition to that, it's time to be a grand slam champion and get that world title. I’m ready and the people are ready. Robbie E can go in the ring and I'm hoping I'll get the chance to show it!"

* Playboy Magazine has revealed their picks for the "25 All-Time Hottest Women in Pro Wrestling." The TNA Knockouts that made the list include Christy Hemme, Taryn Terrell and Velvet Sky.
