TNA Policy Change to Affect Indie Scene?

According to PWInsider, TNA will now restrict their contracted talent from appearing on any other promotion's DVDs.  This is certainly an important policy change and if true, it will hugely affect indie promotions that are profitable from the booking of TNA talent going forward.  One particular instance will be interesting to see play out as it involves Joey Ryan's future participation with Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.
